Because our products are custom-made and designed for specific occasions, all sales are final. However, we do accept refund or replacement requests only for defective or damaged products.
- Eligibility for refund or replacementA refund or replacement may be approved only under the following conditions:
- The product was received defective, damaged, or in unsatisfactory condition upon delivery.
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- The product has not been altered, used, or removed from its original setup condition.
If these conditions are met, our quality team will review your claim and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

- Non-refundable itemsDue to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (address, message, delivery date, etc.)

- Changes of mind after production has begun
- Weather-related damage after delivery or installation
