Valentine’s Day is our busiest season. We recommend booking 1–3 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.

Absolutely! We’re happy to work within your budget. Simply share the amount you have in mind, and we’ll design a beautiful, customized Valentine’s decoration proposal that maximizes value while keeping your vision and style as the priority.

Yes. We design outdoor setups for patios, balconies, rooftops, pool decks, beaches, and venues.
📌 How long does the setup take?
Most installations take 30–90 minutes, depending on the package.
📌 Are balloons safe indoors?
Yes — we use premium, professional-grade balloons that are safe for indoor use and last significantly longer than store-bought balloons.
📌 Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can choose a preferred delivery window. On February 14th, delivery times are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
📌 Do you charge travel fees?
Only for locations outside our standard Miami service area.
