By placing an order or requesting any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to ensure a clear, safe, and satisfactory experience for all our customers.
- Delivery and pickup optionsBalloons by Luz Paz offers two types of products, each with specific delivery conditions:
- Balloon bouquets
- Balloon bouquets can be picked up directly at our office or delivered to your address.
- Deliveries and pickups are conducted during business hours: Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- If you request a specific delivery time, it must be coordinated in advance. This service is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If no one is available to receive the bouquet at the scheduled time, the delivery will be rescheduled, and additional delivery fees will apply.
- Balloon decorations
- Decorations typically include full installation services.
- Our team handles delivery, setup, and final arrangement at your event location.
- If you do not require installation, you must notify us in advance. We will coordinate a delivery time and location to ensure the materials are received in proper condition.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to have the space prepared and ensure someone is available to receive the decoration if installation is not requested.
- Product duration and conditions
- Helium or floating balloons have an approximate lifespan of 9 to 10 hours.
- Duration may vary due to environmental factors, including temperature, sunlight, wind, or humidity.
- Outdoor decorations require special bases or structures (additional cost) for stability.
Important: If outdoor placement is not specified, Balloons by Luz Paz is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions.
- Customer responsibility
Once the order is delivered, installed, or picked up, the responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
No replacements or refunds will be issued for damage after delivery, including:
- Exposure to direct sunlight or heat
- Improper handling
- Contact with sharp objects
- Temperature or humidity changes
- Delivery times
- Miami and Doral: 1 to 3 business days.
- Other areas in Florida: 3 to 5 business days.
All deliveries are conducted during business hours.
- Weekend ordersNo exceptions:
Orders for weekends must be placed before Friday at 12:00 p.m.
Orders placed after this time may not be ready or delivered on the requested date and will be rescheduled for the following Monday or Tuesday.

- Product variationsImages displayed on our website and social media are for reference purposes only.
We guarantee a high-quality product, but colors, materials, or combinations may vary depending on inventory availability.
- Cancellations and modifications
- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery or installation date.
- If the order is already in process or completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- No refunds are issued for late cancellations or changes of mind.
