Party Venue in Doral

Reservation and payment:

Booking the service requires an initial payment of 50% of the total event cost. This payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. The amount paid will be deducted from the total balance upon final payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

No refunds will be issued for event cancellations. If rescheduling is necessary, prior communication with Balloons by Luz Paz Party Venue is required to arrange a new date.

Rental cost:

The rental cost does not include taxes, which will be applied additionally.

Event duration and item removal:

The event duration is 4 hours. Clients have an additional 15 minutes to remove decorations and personal belongings brought into the venue. If the removal is not completed within this time, an additional $100 fee will apply.

Event time extension:

Extending the event duration is subject to prior scheduling and coordination with Balloons by Luz Paz Party Venue. Any extension requests outside the agreed time will not be valid without proper authorization.

Permitted and prohibited items:

• Clients are allowed to bring food, non-alcoholic beverages, and pinatas into the venue.
• The consumption and entry of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
